The brief on this project was to make use of the existing deck and foundation to create a pool house cabana below and a conservatory environment above.

Even though the project is on a grand scale, we were able to keep the costs within budget by engineering the existing deck to withstand the conservatory addition.

The project was designed to make a bold statement to the home - this it obviously achieves!

This Gable style conservatory was built in the traditional design theme of garden greenhouses of the past. Using the most up to date technologies the conservatory easily withstands all that the Canadian climate has to offer.

The homeowner made the choice of a full basement foundation to accommodate his vast wine collection! Special mention should be made of the direct vent gas fireplace in this project which creates both a focal point and more than adequately provides supplementary heat to the room in the winter.

Again, the homeowner was overjoyed with the way the projects blends with the existing structure.

Project Brief was to replace an existing failed four seasons sun room and update with a year round conservatory to suit the very lovely red brick ontario farm house.

This project was kept cost effective by using a sono-tube style of foundation keeping concrete costs and excavation disruption to a minimum.

As is typical with our projects every effort has been made to blend the room seamlessly with the existing structure.
